Emanuel Kessler completed his commercial training at an international financial service provider, subsequently moving to a major bank in the consulting sector after a project assignment. Since 2000, he has advised companies, experts and executives from the banking sector. In 2006, he successfully passed his Bachelor degree studies in Business Administration and wrote his dissertation on the subject of "Executive Recruiting for Banks". To better meet the latest topics in digitization, Emanuel is currently studying for his MAS degree in Digital Business. He has already completed his CAS in Disruptive Technologies and provides competent and professional advice to customers as well as fintechs and Startups.

Peter Vogler completed his commercial apprenticeship at a Swiss bank, subsequently working for 20 years in private banking, institutional sales and operations wealth management in Europe and Asia. In 2003, he continued further training as a HR expert, and in 2006, as coach and supervisor at IAP Zurich (Institute of Applied Psychology). In 2014, he became a certified outplacement professional and career adviser. He has assisted companies, teams and individuals for many years.
Lars Brändle completed his apprenticeship with a Federal Professional Baccalaureate at a Swiss bank, after which he spent four years in the fields of private banking and loans. He has advised clients in German, English and French. Since 2007, he has looked after experts at kessler.vogler, and in 2009, had been studying to become an HR expert. As of late 2012, he has specialised in temporary assignments and recruitment solutions.

Stevens Moser successfully finished business school with a Federal Professional Baccalaureate and gained practical experience at a Swiss bank. After this, he spent three years in Corporate Clients Advisory and Wealth Management, looking after clients from all over the world. Since August 2014, he has been your point of contact at kessler.vogler for temporary assignments and contracting solutions in the banking sector (in both German and French).

Jean-Pierre De Barro completed his commercial education at a Swiss Private Bank in Zurich and then spent more than 30 years working for large international banks as a Senior Sales Manager in Equities and Fixed Income as well as Head of Sales and Business Development in Asset Management. Prior to joining kessler.vogler he was responsible for the intermediary fund distribution business for one of the largest American Asset Managers in Switzerland. As per October 2018, Jean-Pierre De Barro is your contact person for the recruitment of senior and front positions as well as banking professionals on senior level.

Leonie Burch completed her commercial apprenticeship at a 4-star hotel in Lucerne. After that she continued to work for the front desk of a ski resort in Crans-Montana as well as for a Lucerne based city hotel. Currently, she is a student in Business Administration at the College of Higher Education. Since 2012, Leonie was holding the role as a Team and Partner Assistant, whereas by March 2016 she has moved to the permanent placements team to become a Consultant.

Preeni Rebecca Mazzoleni-Jayatissa completed her commercial apprenticeship at a Swiss IT service provider. After a year abroad she gained experience during seven years in the credit & mortgage sector at different financial service companies and Swiss banks. In October 2017 Preeni Rebecca Mazzoleni-Jayatissa joined kessler.vogler as a consultant in the permanent placements team.

In 2013, Patrick Mühlemann completed his banking apprenticeship with a vocational baccalaureate in Zurich. After that, he gained on-the-job experience in Securities Settlements as well as in External Asset Management as a RM Assistant. Currently, he is studying Economics at Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Patrick joined us in December 2016 in sourcing and digital development and is now supporting our permanent placement team as a Junior Consultant.

Jeffrey Provencal completed his commercial apprenticeship with an international financial institution. During ten years he gathered experience in a Cantonal Bank, within Asset Management and an investment bank. In 2015 he successfully passed his bachelor degree studies in Business Administration with a major in Banking & Finance and started an Impact Investing project in Ghana the same year. He joined us in February 2018 as a consultant and supports both permanent and temporary placement teams.

Jasmin Leichtl completed her apprenticeship in the hotel business in Germany, was employed in a 4 star hotel at the front office and then worked for an international recruitment company – at the reception/Travel Management and in the recruitment management. Since August 2016 she is responsible as a team assistant in the permanent business for the administrative support of consultants and is the contact person for our customers’ concerns.

Monty Haenni completed his commercial apprenticeship at an international business law firm in Zurich, after which he worked further six months as lawyer assistant. He moved to a global investment management enterprise, where he supported the HR department in administrative and recruiting relevant fields. As of October 2017 he joined us as Analyst Sourcing & Content Management and supports our teams in the areas of permanent placements as well as temporary assignments.

Adel Harchouche achieved his business high school degree from Alte Kantonsschule Aarau and gathered first experience in client acquisition within the print media industry. Thereafter he joined a consulting company for life science professionals as a Team Assistant and Consultant taking over further responsibilities for candidate relationship as well as content marketing. As per September 2018 Adel joined kessler.vogler in his role as an Analyst Sourcing & Content Management supporting consultants in the field of candidate sourcing and in the management of our online presence. In January 2019, Adel will continue further education as a recruiter to deepen his knowledge on the latest recruiting strategies as well as to accommodate our employer branding issues more effectively.

Joëlle Reymond completed her commercial apprenticeship in an international financial service institution. She gained professional experience at a Mobile Banking App Provider as well as in a technical Agency for digital Live-Communication. Since September 2017 she studies Business Administration at the University of Lucerne on a part-time basis and since March 2018 she supports the kessler.vogler-team as a team assistant.

Jessica Quaglia completed her commercial apprenticeship in an international forwarding company.
After that she has gained professional experience in supporting the HR department administratively and also in the recruiting of trainees. Since October 2018 she has been taking care of the administrative support of consultants in the contracting team and is the contact person for customer and candidate queries.
